Booking Your Consultation Call

After you submit your application and deposit, you’ll be taken to a page where you can book your private consultation call with Brenda Makota.

If at all possible, both of you should plan to be on this call.

By submitting this application, I authorize a $500 deposit to be charged to the card provided. I understand:

  • If I decide to join The Couples Weekend Intensive, my $500 deposit applies toward my investment.
  • My deposit is fully refundable if I am not approved for the program, or if I attend my consultation call and decide not to move forward.
  • If I book a call and do not attend, or attempt to cancel within 24 hours of my scheduled time, the $500 deposit will be forfeited.
  • The deposit is not about the money. It is about commitment. Couples who do this work successfully are couples who are ready to take action, not just think about it. This is my first action.
